Wolfgang H\u00e4u\u00dfler now member of the executive management team for the areas of sales and corporate development<\/p>\n\n
With his many years of experience and his vast industry expertise, Wolfgang H\u00e4u\u00dfler will strengthen the team at Tonality GmbH from June 1st. As a member of the management team he will be responsible for global sales and corporate development. H\u00e4u\u00dfler has been active in the construction industry for over 30 years: He has worked as project and department manager, product manager, in national and international sales and as a responsible decision maker. He was particularly involved in the construction of facades and wall claddings \u2013 also as a member of various trade associations. Tonality\u2019s product range is by no means new to him. On the contrary: More than eight years ago H\u00e4u\u00dfler was already responsible for international sales and business development for the Tonality product range.<\/p>\n\n
He has been a member of the board of the German Association for Materials and Components for Rear-Ventilated Facades since 2016 (FVHF) and has been chairman of the International Federation for the Roofing Trade (IFD) since 2017: Due to his extensive knowledge of the industry and his technical know-how, Wolfgang H\u00e4u\u00dfler is valued as an industry expert by architects, planners, associations and decision-makers. For many years now, his work has not only promoted application-oriented research for the architecturally and structurally demanding design of facade and building envelopes but also has supported the ecological design of both. He also frequently contributes successfully to recommendations as well as national and international regulations. Above all, he benefits from his many years of experience in well-known companies in the industry. Most recently he worked for a manufacturer of metal substructures for ventilated facades. From June 1st, 2020, H\u00e4u\u00dfler will enrich Tonality GmbH with his technical competence and his expertise: As a member of the management board and as Sales Manager he strengthens the company specialised in sophisticated terracotta solutions for residential, commercial and industrial buildings. H\u00e4u\u00dfler will continue to develop the company strategically, optimise sales processes and coordinate and drive forward the target group oriented approach towards architects, facade builders, renovation companies and housing associations. In the past the facade expert already dealt with the product portfolio of Tonality \u2013 and was responsible for international sales in particular. \u201eI have never lost sight of the company, its products and its development. The acquisition by Leipfinger-Bader GmbH opened up a new interesting perspective for me. On this basis, I am happy to contribute my experiences and my knowledge,\u201d explains H\u00e4u\u00dfler.<\/p>\n\n
