The ELIPSE residential building is an architectural response to the diverse spatial conditions of its location. With its elliptical shape and dual character, it blends harmoniously into its surroundings. The adaptation of the room height to the neighbouring buildings and the strategic positioning along the inner-city ring road create a unique connection to the surroundings. The building offers 64 flats on eight storeys, which are characterised by their adaptability to the needs of the residents. The elliptical structure allows for a variety of flat types while creating communal spaces on each level. The ELIPSE residential building thus combines innovative architecture with functional elegance and creates an inviting living space for its residents.
