The apartment building on Rebhaldenstrasse in Scherzingen was designed by grob schöpfer ag and fitted with a modern Tonality terracotta facade. The special color P249B with the Mo-03-1 surface gives the building a natural matte appearance that harmonizes with the green window frames and loggias. The durable, robust, and easy-care terracotta elements ensure a high-quality and clear appearance, creating a calm, uniform façade with fine lines. The innovative ADS substructure was used for installation, enabling rear-ventilated, stable, and precise fastening. This created an efficient building envelope that optimally combines design and functional requirements.
