Lasting quality, timeless presence
As part of a comprehensive renovation, the 18-story residential high-rise in Pforzheim was architecturally redesigned in 2005 based on a design by Strolz + Weisenburger Architects. TONALITY® terracotta elements in anthracite define the building envelope and, through their horizontal arrangement, give the structure striking, soaring proportions. Mounted with a form-fit connection to an aluminum substructure, the cladding forms a precise and durable joint. Even 21 years after the renovation, the TONALITY® façade remains in virtually unchanged condition. Its durable material properties and structural quality continue to ensure reliable performance and a consistently precise appearance to this day.
